As a Behavior Analyst at Behavioral Concepts, you'll be part of a collaborative group of ABA providers delivering high-quality care to communities across the country.

Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Autism Specialist to provide oversight and supervision for our team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and support to our team
  • Mentoring and supporting behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Conducting clinical reviews and writing reports with funding sources
  • Attending monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
  • Delivering individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
