  • We offer a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule with 4/10 hour shifts and up to 1 day of Telehealth possible.
  • Experienced candidates only.
  • Outpatient care only.
  • We have a centralized Triage and In-basket Support system, as well as a DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge.
  • You will work alongside a team that includes RN co-visits and Integrated Clinical Services (PharmD, BHI, RD).
  • Patient-Centered medical home approach.
  • Compensation is between $124,432 and $143,358 per year, including productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
