About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Care Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing direct health care services to hospice patients and their families in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care plans to ensure quality of life and comfort for patients and their loved ones
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Supervise caregivers and ensure adherence to best practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $93,000 - $116,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
