Salary InformationWe offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on location and other factors.
Job OverviewThis role plays a crucial part in our patient care team, responsible for providing primary medical direction and coordination of professional medical care within our occupational health program. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality care.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient exams, compiling medical data and interpreting diagnostic test results.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests as necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, recording progress notes and ensuring continuity of care.
- Assist in policy development, education programs, and customer service initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, concise, and timely documentation of results and paperwork.
- Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program from an accredited university.
- Board Certification.
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated knowledge of occupational medicine requirements and clinical operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
