Veterans Mental Health Specialist

We are looking for a licensed clinical psychologist to join our team at MRG Exams. As a Disability Assessment Specialist, you will be working with United States Veterans to assist them in the VA's disability benefits process. Your role will involve reviewing behavioral health records electronically and conducting comprehensive assessments in person. You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through our secure Web Portal.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of military families while enjoying a flexible schedule of 2-3 days per week. Our compensation package includes a daily rate of $500+, malpractice insurance, health insurance options, and ASHA Learning Pass membership. If you have a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school and hold an active & unrestricted Psychology license, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing behavioral health records electronically through our secure Web Portal
- Conducting comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran
- Completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal
- Assisting military families without providing traditional patient care or making disability determinations
