ROLE SUMMARY
The Implementation Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients fully leverage the advantages of the PatientIQ platform, network, and services. This position is accountable for the strategic direction, coordination, and timely execution of the comprehensive implementation process, aligning with both organizational objectives and client requirements. The Implementation Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to facilitate a seamless and effective implementation experience. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid mix of technical expertise and customer service experience, with a proven history in managing SaaS implementation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Coordination: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between EHR integration teams and platform implementation teams. Strive for efficient project completion, achieving optimal time-to-first value as indicated by initial patient enrollment.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise clients during the implementation phase, delivering outstanding support and ensuring high satisfaction levels as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.
- Project Planning: Create and oversee detailed project plans in collaboration with EHR integration and platform implementation leads. Ensure consistent achievement of project milestones and successful go-live events.
- Status Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to both clients and PatientIQ executive stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: At least 4 years in project management, specifically in SaaS implementations utilizing standard project management methodologies.
- Industry Background: Experience in a growth-stage SaaS organization or a similar role within a larger company.
- Skills: Outstanding organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Client Focus: Strong capability to manage daily tasks while maintaining a strategic perspective on client needs.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across PatientIQ.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking client interactions, knowledge management, and support tickets.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in integrating Electronic Health Records.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing implementations for healthcare providers or enterprise clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
