Job Title: End-to-End Cellular Network Architect

Aeris IoT SaaS is seeking an experienced End-to-End Cellular Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge cellular network architectures that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive network architecture designs that cover all end-to-end aspects from the core network to the radio access networks (RAN), including interfaces and protocols.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability between various network elements and across multiple vendors.
  • Design and implement Quality of Service (QoS), robust security architecture, and ways to monitor and optimize network performance.
  • Develop strategies for network migration and transformation, leveraging network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN).
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in cellular technologies like GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G, including familiarity with the architecture and functioning of Core network, RAN, transport networks, and their respective components.
  • In-depth knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP, MPLS, Ethernet, and routing protocols.
  • Experience with Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN), knowledge of cloud architectures, and network security principles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, inspire collaboration, and drive projects to completion.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Ability to manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of services and equipment.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco's CCNP/CCIE, Juniper Networks certification, or security certifications like CISSP.
