  • Processing and tracking approval packages efficiently.

  • Ordering and distributing blueprints in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring materials and coordinating procurement activities.
  • Applying for and acquiring necessary permits for projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements for all permits.
  • Scheduling inspections and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitating internal and external meetings, including logistics and communication.
  • Updating and maintaining project budgets within management software.
  • Preparing presentations for meetings that reflect project budgets and progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee information.
  • Creating project handoff packets to ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
  • Completing job closeouts with all documentation verified and accurate.
  • Processing Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests as necessary.
  • Assisting Project Managers with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in the construction industry is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced time management and task prioritization abilities.
A strong passion for team management and achieving results.
Capability to multitask and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
