Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and making recommendations to customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
