Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating internal sales operations by addressing inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, or emails.
- Supporting the General Manager and Sales Manager in lead generation activities.
- Coordinating details for group events, including room allocations and special requests.
- Providing administrative sales assistance, such as recording sales calls, managing billing information, and creating promotional materials.
- Delivering outstanding guest service by committing to ensuring every client’s satisfaction.
- Actively promoting and communicating the RMC culture.

- Competitive compensation starting at $18 per hour.
