International Tax Director

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced International Tax Director to join our team. As a key member of our tax services team, you'll be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients on international tax matters. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us navigate the complexities of international taxation and ensure our clients are in compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on international tax matters
• Conduct research and analysis on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients on how to adapt
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly experienced International Tax Director with a strong background in international taxation. You'll have a proven track record of providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients, as well as a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations. You'll be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in international taxation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification
• Master's degree in Taxation or LLM in Taxation
• Experience working with large public accounting firms or large law firms
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team player skills
