About the Role:- Lead engineering projects and teams to deliver high-quality solutions to Federal Government agencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet client needs and expectations
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engineering processes and techniques

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
- 4-11+ years of experience in engineering and project management
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and changing project requirements
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

- Work location: Washington, DC
- Onsite work required 1-2 days per month
- No travel required
