We are seeking experienced Program Management Professionals to join our team at Global Systems Engineering (GSE). As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing moderate to high-risk projects/programs, with a focus on growing work organically and understanding program management fundamentals.

About the Role:

  • You will provide program management capability and professional business relations with a diverse customer base and across a multi-disciplined team;
  • You will direct project/program team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as project/program interface;
  • You will formulate and enforce work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates;
  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, executing, monitoring, and controlling major aspects of the project/program, including technology, schedule, cost, contract, and customer satisfaction;
  • You will maintain an effective Project Management Plan and Quality Control program in accordance with GSE policies and processes, including a schedule of deliverables and monthly reporting requirements;
  • You will plan, coordinate, and manage the actions taken by an organization to acquire and execute a specific piece of business, either competitively or non-competitively.
