Dynamis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of application code for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in MuleSoft, Java, Angular, and microservices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DHS Enterprise Architecture standards, security controls, and clean code strategies. They will serve as a mentor to junior and senior developers, assisting in removing blockers and resolving issues with application code.

Key qualifications include U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least eight years of experience in an Enterprise IT environment. Alternatively, a candidate without a Bachelor's degree may be considered if they have ten or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred skills include experience with Docker, Apache Mesos, or Vagrant, as well as familiarity with JBoss and Oracle. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all delivered code meets business requirements and complies with established standards.

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
