We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill North Central Texas. As a Donation Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, accepting donations, and maintaining a clean and organized donation center site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers and accepts donations in a friendly and professional manner
  • Sorts and processes donations according to established guidelines
  • Assists with unloading supplies and loading donated goods onto trucks
  • Utilizes electronic tablets to record donations and maintain accurate records
  • Maintains a clean and organized donation center site, including the interior and exterior of the site and surrounding areas
  • Safeguards donated materials by locking the trailer or building when leaving the premises or out of sight

Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Good public relations and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Reliable transportation to off-site and site facilities within the region or as assigned
  • Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background check
