Job Summary

Catholic Charities Diocese of Fort Worth is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Center Attendant to join our mission-driven team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and contributing to our goal of ending poverty in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations, ensuring accurate logging and inventory management.
  • Coordinate donation pick-ups with the In-Kind Specialist and ensure timely delivery of donations to our clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized donation center, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the In-Kind Specialist to ensure donation center needs are met and inventory is properly managed.
  • Document all donation pickups, including donor information, items collected, and pickup times, for inventory and reporting purposes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a customer service position required.
  • Reliable transportation, a current Texas driver's license, and willingness to transport donated goods in personal vehicle.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with donors in English.
  • Adheres to policies related to boundaries with youth.
