- Market new and renewal business in conjunction with sales teams, analyzing current programs and collecting necessary information.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and relationship-building skills when working with clients and carriers.
- Energetic, self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a team environment and autonomously.
- Strong knowledge and experience in property and casualty insurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A four-year college degree preferred, with 1-3 years of relative experience in the Wholesale Broker or MGA industry.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
