- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Review and follow individualized care plans to ensure resident needs are met.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification.
- Must hold current TMA certification in Minnesota.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Passion for elder care and commitment to providing exceptional service.
