Skilled Medication Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Medication Aide to join our team at Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated campus offering skilled nursing services and memory care to seniors. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Moose Lake policies.
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Review and follow a written care plan.
- Measure and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Must hold current TMA certification in Minnesota.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to stand for length of 8-hour shift.
