Skilled Medication Assistant

Cassia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Trained Medication Aide to join our team at Moose Lake Village. As a Trained Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Cassia's policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Review and follow individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Measure and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure, using our electronic health record system.
- Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification.
- Current TMA certification in Minnesota.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
- Passion for elder care and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
