Caregiver (HHA, PCA) - Supportive Services

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (HHA, PCA) to join our team at Moose Lake Assisted Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing supportive services and personal care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and supportive services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
- Assist residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Document services performed on our computerized charting system.
- Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures as assigned.
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you for this position.
- Bonus points for (CNA) certification.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Comfortable standing and walking most of the time.
- Must be 18 years or older.
