Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer

High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. As a leading producer of architectural and structural wall panels, and the nation's largest producer of precast concrete parking structures, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current plant and equipment layout, fabrication methods, and material flow and handling to identify opportunities for improvement. They will research and implement changes based on leading-edge technologies and engineering principles to maximize material, equipment, and personnel efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste, delays, and costs
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Steel fabrication, precast concrete, or heavy construction/manufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Formal Lean training preferred
