Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality food products are presented to our clients, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for our culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, adhering to HACCP guidelines and Health Department regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with the events team, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of improving food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and Health Department regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
