The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing online sales and marketing strategies, product presentation, and website oversight. This position collaborates with various teams to optimize website functionality, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance product listings and content on the brand's website, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Evaluate and report on essential ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement ecommerce marketing strategies aimed at boosting online sales and revenue through the Nite Ize website.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Assist in ecommerce projects, such as website redesigns and platform migrations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain Email Service Platform and update various email lists across multiple channels.
  • Create QR codes and landing pages for packaging, print ads, and other marketing needs.
  • Support review collection, syndication, and display.
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns.
  • SEO: Optimize website for search engines.
Requirements:

2-3 years of ecommerce/marketing experience

Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining ecommerce websites/portals - Magento2 or similar

Knowledge of marketing platforms and online sales strategies

2-3 years of experience operating in Excel

2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics

Must be able to maintain the balance between remote communication and in-person meetings and duties at our Boulder office. At least 3 days per week in-office, with Tuesdays and Thursdays required as 2 of the in-office days. Subject to change.

Must be able to communicate in English.

Must be 18 or older to apply.

Work Hours: Hybrid schedule with on-site and remote work days. This is a regular, benefits-eligible position.

Compensation: Hiring pay: $58,300 - $68,000 annual base salary, DOQ.
