  • Perform scientific bench work, including the operation of pilot plant equipment and utilizing advanced software tools.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive creative applications that meet company objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects, collaborating with various business units to integrate insights and direction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers at all levels, ensuring clarity in project requirements and goals.
  • Provide technical support and scientific guidance to production teams, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food product development.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related field.
- Experience with multicomponent refrigerated foods and processed meats.
- Knowledge of food safety, productivity, and quality management.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food processing equipment.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require up to 30% travel.
