At Conway Deuth & Schmiesing Pllp, we seek an experienced Payroll Expert to join our team as a Client Solutions Specialist. As a vital member of our payroll services team, you will play a key role in preparing payrolls and overseeing related functions with expertise. Your responsibilities will include preparing client payrolls and related payroll reports and deposits timely, accurately, and efficiently, as well as assisting with the implementation and support of CDS TimeKeeper, WorkforceHUB, and related products. A key focus of this role will be maintaining and updating client payroll records, while staying informed of current & upcoming payroll issues and law changes. You will also provide excellent client service, administrative duties including mailings, scanning, typing, and copying, and stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to payroll systems and technology. Your analytical skills with particular attention to detail will be essential in ensuring seamless resolution of challenges, while fostering strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for promoting CDS payroll and additional firm services, as well as performing other duties as assigned. This is a dynamic role that requires a flexible, team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $65,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
