Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry team at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ACLS, PALS/ENPC certification (dependent on patient assignment).
