Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry developments.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, as required by patient assignment.
