About the Role
Capstone Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our insurance recruitment firm, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining experienced talent for our clients in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with producers and marketers to manage insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
- Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
- Active state insurance license
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- All-lines coverage knowledge for small and mid-sized business accounts
Work Environment:
Based in Oregon, the agency requires a hybrid schedule for applicants living within 50-miles of Portland. 100% remote will be considered for applicants outside of Portland but within Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Arizona.
