Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you'll be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service quality and driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between our home office and assigned clients, working closely with partner service and sales representatives, agencies, and brokers to provide essential communications and support issue resolution.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and detailed customer-oriented service, researching and resolving questions and issues surfaced by customers.
  • Identify and pursue potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities for existing accounts, reviewing and recommending products for clients and developing strategies to execute on increasing overall block health.
  • Handle renewals for assigned accounts, including product, pricing, and negotiation, and delivering renewals to clients.
  • Prepare correspondence and present performance reports to clients to ensure optimal plan administration.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to better service our distribution channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience in insurance sales, service, and/or account management.
  • Active Insurance Producer license in Health & Life (must be obtained within 60 days of employment and is a condition of employment) in your state of residence.
