Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recreation Program Assistant to support the delivery of recreation programs and services for children and adults at our community centers. As a Recreation Program Assistant, you will work closely with program leaders to plan, set up, and execute programs. You will also provide support to participants and staff as needed, maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist program leaders with program planning, setup, and execution.
- Provide support to participants and staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children and families preferred.
- Must be able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of recreation programming and operations an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
