About the Role:

This role requires a caring and compassionate individual to provide direct care to residents, including activities of daily living, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team working together to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, following individual care plans and preferences
  • Assist with implementing therapeutic and recreational activities designed to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and meet the unique needs and preferences of residents
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including PTO, 401(K), medical/health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, birthday/holiday pay, wellness fund, uniform fund, longevity bonuses, quarterly vacation drawing, and tuition reimbursement.
