Position Overview:

The Solutions Engineer serves as a vital technical resource, supporting the sales process by effectively communicating the value of our solutions through various channels, including live product demonstrations, vision clips, trial program assistance, and proof of concept (POC) development. Collaborating closely with sales teams, the Solutions Engineer provides expertise in product capabilities, technical solutions, and value articulation to bolster sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our solutions for potential and existing clients, effectively showcasing how our software meets specific business needs.
  • Solution Trial Support: Assist clients during the trial phases of our solution, offering support and expertise to ensure a seamless and beneficial trial experience. Address any technical challenges and optimize the trial setup to align with client requirements.
  • Proofs of Concepts: Collaborate with field solution consultants to design and implement POC environments that accurately reflect the solution's impact in real-world scenarios. Ensure these environments are customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Vision Clips: Develop engaging and informative vision clips that clearly communicate the capabilities and advantages of our products. These clips will enhance client understanding and stimulate interest in our solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and provide technical expertise on product functionality, integration options, and solution architecture.
  • Technical Sales Support: Offer technical sales support to sales teams and clients, including addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and alleviating concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or a related field, preferably within the technology or software sector.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach and adaptability to evolving requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Solid technical understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
  • Ability to comprehend customer needs, develop technical solutions, and effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience with a Cloud or CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) organization is preferred.
Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range outlined below. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$66, $129,550.00
