Compensation:

$80,000 - $115,000 at plan

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales reports and present them to the team, detailing sales efforts, progress, and volume to inform future objectives.
  • Lead the sales team by establishing a sales plan for each representative, determining individual sales targets, assigning territories, and overseeing training initiatives to ensure their success.
  • Develop our sales strategies and objectives to fulfill our sales ambitions.
  • Assess the sales team's performance and provide guidance for continuous enhancement.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships and manage complaints to ensure we meet their expectations.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation initiatives to sustain growth.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to address their needs and resolve any issues to ensure ongoing business and establish trust.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, either as a sales executive or in a leadership capacity within the sales department.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated history of sales success.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Highly driven and motivated.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Looking for a fulfilling and challenging career.
