- Communication: Maintain effective communication with Senior Branch Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Education: A two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve conflicts and problems, and high level of organization and attention to detail.
