Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to branch team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and service standards.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch, including managing staffing levels, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
  • Member Service: Build strong relationships with members by understanding their needs and providing personalized service to meet their financial needs.
  • Team Development: Partner with department leaders to provide coaching and development opportunities to branch team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with Senior Branch Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: A two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve conflicts and problems, and high level of organization and attention to detail.
