Job Title: Business Banking Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

As a Business Banking Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them navigate complex financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex clients and prospects, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Develop and implement customized financial solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients and prospects to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Coach and mentor peers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client service.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining complex client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
