About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Business Development Analyst to join our high-performance team. As a key member of our corporate development team, you'll be responsible for supporting all aspects of Rock Dental's M&A activity, including financial analysis, deal evaluation, and due diligence.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling of practice acquisition opportunities.
- Build internal quality-of-experience (QoE) and long-range forecasting models for late-stage M&A deals.
- Develop and present internal investment committee and deal approval presentations.
- Present M&A findings and recommendations to senior executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of M&A processes.
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (math, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, etc.) with a GPA >3.5.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
