Job Description

Lafferty Equipment Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable: Create and submit invoices to customers, work with sales management to approve Credit Memo's as needed, maintain and update customer files, and release orders on credit hold.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage all payroll processes, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements, and provide support for Human Resources and time and attendance management.
  • Benefits Management: Reconcile monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and assist with special projects and analysis as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
  • Three to Five years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software, ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.
Work Environment:
  • The work performed is conducted in a climate-controlled facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at a time.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
