We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team at Health Care and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS). As a Clinician in our Children's Services department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and families in need.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Clinician, you will conduct clinical assessments, design treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help children and families achieve wellness and stability.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a clinical field of study
  • Current license (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health
  • 2+ years of direct service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
