Position Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a dedicated Senior Living Sales Consultant to enhance our team. This role is essential in representing our organization and its various services to the community, focusing on achieving our sales and marketing objectives. The consultant will lead all sales initiatives, assisting potential residents and their families in understanding our comprehensive senior living options.

Reporting Structure

The Senior Living Sales Consultant will report directly to the Site Leader and will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team at PHS.

About Our Community

Our community is beautifully designed with scenic walkways and serene water features, offering a welcoming environment. We provide a full spectrum of care, including Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Center services, accommodating over 200 residents.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Senior Living Sales Consultant include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in alignment with site leadership and PHS Sales and Marketing.
  • Identifying target audiences and executing plans to achieve marketing goals.
  • Creating a community outreach program that includes presentations and meetings with local leaders to promote our services.
  • Serving as the primary sales and marketing representative for the community.
  • Providing detailed information regarding service availability, pricing, and financial assistance to all inquiries.
  • Conducting tours and offering support to prospective residents and their families throughout their decision-making process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups using our designated management system.
  • Assisting with pre-admission procedures and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A college degree in social work, gerontology, marketing, human services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in senior housing or healthcare environments.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or later hours as needed.
