Overview

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Partner Operations to drive significant impact by optimizing partnerships, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Optimization: Develop and manage partnership operations across forecasting, pipeline management, demand generation, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive meaningful growth and success.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide high-impact business analysis and data-driven insights on partner performance, benchmarks, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner Enablement: Implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, partner portal management, and communications to enhance partner capabilities and engagement.
  • Go-to-Market Programs: Work with the partnership team to develop and manage go-to-market programs and processes to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience in partnership management, including 5 years in partnership operations.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystem strategy, operations, management, planning, and analysis in the marketing technology and tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex alliances and partnerships.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced modeling skills with Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems and recommend actionable solutions.
