Compensation for this role begins at $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales department, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Process sales orders, manage contracts, and address customer inquiries, including payment collection when necessary.
- Maintain precise and current records of sales transactions for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports in collaboration with the Operations and Sales teams to enhance sales initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming communications related to sales activities.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate effective communication and timely completion of sales tasks.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide coverage for the reception area during breaks or peak times.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying to maintain organizational efficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
- Exemplary attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle sales orders and billing inquiries.
- Two or more years of experience in sales order processing, billing, and customer service.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations effectively.
- Administrative experience within the construction sector, collaborating with contractors.
