About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, including injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
  • Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 6 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
