Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, 401(k) and 457(b) retirement programs, medical/dental/vision insurance, and mental health resources, among other perks.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Dispense medications to patients in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Supervise pharmacy support personnel to ensure efficient and coordinated pharmaceutical services.
  3. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and direct drug usage within the corporation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  5. Possess proficiency in all pharmacy-related computer systems.
  6. Comply with safety regulations and federal pharmacy laws.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of pharmacy school.
  • Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a hospital pharmacist required.
