About the Role: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for direct patient care, including verifying medication orders, preparing sterile products, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds. You will also serve as a resource pharmacist for the Mother and Baby department, monitoring compliance with charges and inventory management.

Requirements: A Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) is required, with a Master's or MBA degree preferred. A minimum of five years of hospital pharmacy experience is necessary, along with a current Kentucky pharmacist license.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits, including tuition reimbursement up to $6,000, company-paid maternity and paternity leave, and 5 days of paid time off.
