Your Role:
As an Insurance Sales Executive at HUB, you will leverage your local networks and connections to identify business opportunities.

This position is crucial to our success across all product lines, including personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other insurance coverages.

Supported by the HUB International corporate and regional offices, you will have the opportunity to carve out your own entrepreneurial path.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of various insurance products

Enhancing growth and client retention through outstanding customer service

Developing accounts and cross-selling available products and services

Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities

Presenting our services and solutions during prospect meetings

Closing new business prospects

Maintaining strong business-to-business relationships to retain clients

Qualifications:


In the Insurance Sales Executive role, you should be an independent self-starter capable of building strong business-to-business relationships.

We seek confident professionals who are comfortable with cold-calling and business development.

This position is suitable for both seasoned and emerging professionals, with a preference for candidates possessing 3-15 years of business-to-business sales experience.


Additional Requirements:
3+ years of business-to-business sales experience

Commercial insurance sales experience is highly preferred

A bachelor's degree is required

Experience in a specific industry is a plus

Must obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire

Preference for candidates with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong listening skills and the ability to assess clients' needs effectively
