**Position Overview:** The Outlet Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service that enhances the shopping experience for our customers and contributes to our sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with exemplary service and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
  • Engaging in sales incentive initiatives.
  • Conducting end-of-day store clean-up as required.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Exhibiting reliable attendance and punctuality.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 0 years of retail experience.
  • Availability to work two to three shifts weekly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software quickly.
  • Accurate cash handling and inventory management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and active listening.
  • Attention to detail in planning and executing tasks while maintaining a broader perspective.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Brooks sports activities is a plus, complemented by the ability to connect with and understand the needs of runners, fostering loyalty and engagement within the Brooks community.

**Note:** This is a regular ongoing part-time position, not a seasonal opportunity.
