Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management or commercial construction is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is necessary (or nearing graduation).
  • Experience as a Construction Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer is essential (candidates from the IT sector will not be considered).
  • No specific software experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Local candidates are preferred; relocation assistance is not available.

Role Objectives:

  • Understand that project success is defined by client satisfaction, budget control, profitability, and adherence to timelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in drafting scopes of work for subcontractor agreements.
  • Ability to develop and adjust a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule as needed.
  • Grasp the fundamentals of scheduling to support project staff effectively.
  • Collaborate with the project superintendent to lead the project and maintain the schedule.
  • Recognize and manage project risks effectively.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the past 36 months).
  • Background checks are mandatory as part of the hiring process.
