Job Summary

The Production Equipment Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment. This involves interpreting machine faults, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and participating in changeovers to maintain production levels.

About the Role

This position requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to perform start-up operations from a cold state, complete equipment paperwork, and conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks. Additionally, they will participate in line clearance activities, fill component hoppers, and perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform start-up operations from a cold state, including completing equipment and product paperwork.
- Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Participate in changeovers, including line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.
- Fill component hoppers as required to maintain production levels.
- Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues and escalate to assigned technicians when necessary.

Requirements

- Must have at least 1-3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent technical certification.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
