Job Title: Plastic Injection Molding Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our team at 247Hire. This role requires strong mechanical ability, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Basic and advanced equipment set-up, changeovers, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and basic repair and rebuild of injection molding machines and associated ancillary equipment.
  • Perform machine/mold safety checks and perform mold changeovers.
  • Perform cycle checks, adjust business plan, and prioritize workload according to business needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical school background desirable.
  • Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience; previous experience with plastic injection molding equipment desirable.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
